Gage County Court Docket is a private reference resource. Official docket, case, hearing, payment, and record questions must go to the Gage County court office that maintains the case.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This resource cannot retrieve a case file, change a court date, remove or seal a record, issue a certified copy, accept payment, or give legal advice. Contact the judicial clerk directly for those matters.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Gage County has two judicial clerk routes. Identify the court before calling. County Court handles traffic, infractions, misdemeanors, city ordinance cases, small claims, probate, juvenile cases, and felony preliminary proceedings. District Court handles felony trial files after bind-over, major civil cases, domestic relations, judgments, and County Court appeals.

  • Case summary or Register: start with case lookup through JUSTICE, then contact the owning clerk for confirmation.
  • Hearing date or reset: use court dates and confirm the setting with the relevant clerk.
  • County Court copy or traffic matter: contact the Gage County Court Clerk Magistrate.
  • District Court certified copy or felony/civil file: contact the Clerk of the District Court.
  • Record type or copy options: review court record search before asking for a document.

For a written county public-record request when the correct custodian is unknown, the Gage County Clerk may forward the request: 612 Grant St., P.O. Box 429, Beatrice, NE 68310, 402-223-1300 option 4. That office is a forwarding fallback, not the normal keeper of judicial docket records.
